Dispatch & Delivery

At Cotswold Dressing Room, we're committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch your order within five working days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may experience slightly longer processing times.

Standard Service: Expect your order to arrive within two days from the dispatch date, all for a flat rate of £4.95 using Royal Mail.

Express Delivery: Need your order pronto? Opt for our Express Delivery service at a flat rate of £7.95. Orders received before 12.00pm Monday through Thursday will be processed the same day and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 12.00pm will be processed on the next working day, with delivery two working days after the order is placed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday, with delivery on Tuesday.

Please keep in mind that our delivery services are currently available only within the UK.

Returns policy

At Cotswold Dressing Room, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Here's what you need to know about returns:

Returns at Outdoor Seasonal Shows: Items purchased at our outdoor seasonal shows, such as point-to-point events and country fairs, are non-refundable. However, we're happy to offer exchanges during the opening hours throughout the duration of the show.

Online Returns: If your online purchase doesn’t quite hit the mark, you have 14 days to return items in saleable condition for a refund or exchange. Return postage is at your expense, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days for processing once your parcel has been returned.

Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene concerns.

For items purchased with a Gift Voucher, we can only issue another Gift Voucher for the value of the returned item(s). We regret that we're unable to accept carriage due or payment on delivery and cannot cover return charges.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the fault to speed up assistance.
